4. Delivery

Services will commence upon the date specified in your order confirmation. Informational products and digital goods will be delivered via electronic download links sent to your email.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Backend Development Services

We strive to deliver high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days from the service start date. To request, contact us through contact.php. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, at your request, we may reschedule the service at no extra fee.

5.2 Informational Products

Informational products purchased from BackendCraft may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no download or access has occurred. To request, contact us through contact.php. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.

5.3 Digital Goods

Digital goods are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. This is due to the intangible nature of the goods and the inability to revoke access once delivered.

6. Changes to Services

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any changes or discontinuation.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BackendCraft and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from these Terms or use of our services.
